No. Start with the task, the information available, and the result you need. We choose the technology around those requirements.
Can this work with our existing software?
We review your tools, available integrations, and access requirements before defining the build. That determines what can be connected and where a different approach is needed.
What happens to our business data?
We agree on data access, hosting, model providers, and retention requirements before implementation. Private deployment is one option; the appropriate setup depends on your constraints.
How will we know whether it is working?
We establish a baseline and test against agreed measures such as turnaround time, correction rate, or review effort. The goal is a useful improvement in your workflow.
What if AI is not the right approach?
Then we’ll say so. A simpler integration or conventional software may be the better fit. The first step is understanding the problem.
