Where is the studio based?
ParagonID is based in Spring, TX, in Greater Houston. We work with local teams and collaborate remotely with clients across Texas and beyond.
Can we meet in person?
Houston-area sessions can be arranged in person. For other Texas markets, we work remotely and discuss travel when it would help the project.
Do we need to know what to build first?
No. We can start with a discovery engagement to understand the workflow, compare approaches, and agree a useful first scope before development.
How do project reviews work?
We plan short delivery cycles with working demonstrations, clear priorities, and decisions recorded along the way. Scope, schedule, and support responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Do you also work with clinics?
Yes. Our clinic services cover websites, marketing, and connected booking tools. Those engagements have their own service pages so you can find the right starting point.
